Ok, Cantonese is my native language. But still, I believe I did work hard to become fluent in the language. It was a tough journey indeed. Since this probably happened during the first few years of my life, I do not have any recollection of my endeavour in learning the language.

Although it is my native language, I still believe I have a lot of room for improvement. Firstly, I want to stop stuttering. I cannot remember when this started to happen. Perhaps it was after I met my wife. She is a talkative person, and often leaves no time for me to speak. As a result, I have to be quick in finishing off my sentences. So I stutter.

My other goal is to improve my writing skill, which has deteriorated since I left Hong Kong many years ago. I have been trying to write a blog in Traditional Chinese, but I find it quite tiring. I spend a long time to write only a little.

I also have a sincere wish to lend my help to those who are learning Cantonese. Please let me know if you are one of them.
